All purchases of Token Packages on fantasiescometru.com website are final. By purchasing tokens, you agree to the following terms. This Refund Policy is in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
1. No Refunds
Token Package purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
Tokens have no monetary value outside of fantasiescometru.com’s platform and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
2. Finality of Transactions
Once a transaction is processed and tokens are delivered to your account, the sale is considered complete and final.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase selection is correct before completing your payment.
3.Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing tokens, you expressly agree not to initiate any chargeback dispute, or reversal of charges through your payment provider.
Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid charge may result in:
Suspension or termination of your account.
Forfeiture of any remaining Tokens, and
Possible legal actions and/or collection of outstanding balances.
4.Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account or payment method.
If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently, please notify us immediately so we can investigate.
If a technical error occurs and Tokens are not properly credited to you account, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of purchase.
We will review the transaction and, if verified, restore the correct Token balance to your account.
By completing a Token Package purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new ‘Effective Date”. Continued use of fantasiescometru.com’s website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
